合金工具鋼:Cr12MoV

適用范圍
冷作模具鋼,鋼的淬透性、淬火回火的硬度、耐磨性、強(qiáng)度均比Cr12高。用于制造截面較大、形狀復(fù)雜、工作條件繁重下的各種冷沖模具和工具,如沖孔凹模、切邊模、滾邊模、鋼板 深拉伸模、圓鋸、標(biāo)準(zhǔn)工具和量規(guī)、螺紋滾模等。

力學(xué)性能:
硬度 :退火,255~207HB,壓痕直徑3.8~4.2mm;淬火,≥60HRC
Cr12MoV用途
Cr12MoV模具鋼淬透性、淬火回火后的硬度、強(qiáng)度、韌性比CR12高,直徑為300~400mm以下的工件可完全淬透,淬火變形小,但高溫塑性較差。Cr12MoV多用于制造截面較大、形狀復(fù)雜、工作負(fù)荷較重的合種模具和工具。如沖孔凹模、切邊模、滾邊模、鋼板等。
熱處理規(guī)范

熱處理規(guī)范:1.淬火,950~1000℃油冷;2.淬火1020℃,200℃回火2h。
金相組織:細(xì)粒狀珠光體+碳化物。
交貨狀態(tài):鋼材以退火狀態(tài)交貨。

1)該鋼可用于制作材料厚度>3mm的沖裁模具復(fù)雜形狀的凸模、 凹模、鑲塊.制作凸模時(shí)建議硬度58~62HRC,制作凹模時(shí)建議硬度60 ~64HRC。
2) 用于制作沖裁模具中要求?耐磨的凸模、凹模。制作凸模時(shí)建議硬度為胍60~62HRC,制作凹模時(shí)建議硬度為62~64HRC。
3) 用于制作拉深模中要求耐拉的凹模,建議硬度為62 ~64HRC.
4) 用于制作彎曲模中要求耐磨、形狀復(fù)雜的凸模、凹模及鑲塊。制作凸模時(shí)建議硬度60~64HRC,制作凹模時(shí)議硬度60 ~64HRC

5) 用于制作鋁件冷擠壓摸的凸模、凹模。制作凸模時(shí)建議硬度60~62HRC,制作凹模時(shí)建議硬度62-64HRC。

Applicable scope
Cold working die steel, steel quenching, quenching tempering hardness, wear resistance, strength are higher than Cr12. For manufacturing with large cross section, complex shapes and working conditions of heavy under cold stamping moulds and tools, such as punch, cut side mode, binding mode, steel plate deep drawing mode, circular saws, standard tools and gauge, thread rolling die and so on.

Chemical composition:
Carbon:1.45 C ~ 1.70
Si: Si = 0.40
Mn: Mn = 0.40
Sulfur: S = 0.030
P: P = 0.030
Chrome Cr:11.00 ~ 12.50
Ni Ni: allow residual content less than 0.25
Cu: allow residual copper content is less than 0.30
Vanadium:0.15 V ~ 0.30
Mo Mo:0.40 ~ 0.60
Mechanical properties:
Hardness: annealing, the indentation diameter 255 ~ 207HB, 3.8 ~ 4.2mm; quenching, more than 60HRC
Cr12MoV use
The hardness, strength and toughness of Cr12MoV die steel after quenching and tempering are higher than those of CR12. The diameter of the workpiece can be completely quenched, and the quenching distortion is small, but the high temperature plasticity is poor. Cr12MoV is used in the production of large cross section, complex shape, work load is more important in the mold and tool. Such as punching die, trimming die, die steel, piping etc..
Heat treatment specification
Heat treatment specification: 1 quenching, 950 ~ 1000 for oil cooling; 2 for quenching 1020, 200 for tempering 2h.
Metallographic structure: fine grained pearlite + carbide.
Delivery status: Steel in order to anneal state delivery.
