SKD11為，日立和大同鋼廠都有生產(chǎn)，日立產(chǎn)SKD11商品名為SLD（最新改良版稱作SLD-MAGIC），大同鋼廠商品名為DC11。兩者在大陸均有設(shè)廠，在業(yè)界最為知名，價(jià)格也最高。該鋼是一種在國際廣泛應(yīng)用的空冷硬化冷作模具鋼。經(jīng)電爐冶煉並經(jīng)電渣重溶，高純淨(jìng)度，韌性更好，組織均勻，具有良好的高溫強(qiáng)度、韌性與抗高溫疲勞效能，能承受溫度驟變。
高硬度、高耐磨共晶碳化物均勻，韌性好、不易開裂，淬火後硬度>62HRC。在525℃氮化處理時(shí)間為20h/30h/60h，氨化層深度0.25mm/0. 30mm/0. 35mm，零件表面硬度1250HV；在570℃氮化處理時(shí)間為2h，氮化層深度10~20μm，零件表面硬度950HV。
